Incubator
The primary purpose of the Centre is to assist business to start and grow. As the Centre is a not-for-profit organisation our focus is on our tenants and not on making a profit. We keep our costs low, so the financial strain on new businesses is minimal. The Business Incubator is designed to assist new and growing businesses become established and profitable by providing accommodation, mentoring, services and support.
The Business incubator:

Assists businesses to operate efficiently, fulfill their potential, create jobs, expand and graduate from the incubator to the business community.

The incubator has 9 offices and 15 light industrial units available. Accommodation starts at $100 per week + GST.
